Nimppex is a UK-based textile manufacturing agency with its production house a short distance from UK, in Morocco. We specialize in garment production and work with a range of clients, from small businesses to large retailers. We commit to provide our clientele with the most satisfactory possible service and the highest quality products.

Nimppex was founded  in an attempt to fill the gap in the market for a trustworthy, reliable, and affordable garment manufacturing company that could produce high-quality products.

We are located in Morocco, which is a great plus for us as it allows us to take advantage of shorter shipping times to UK and Europe .

Here are the following things we’ll require and the details to take note of before we can begin of the exciting journey of growing  your brand.

DESIGN SUBMISSION

Once we receive your tech pack, we will work out and send you a custom price estimate for your project.

02.

SOURCING

1-2 weeks

After the price estimate is accepted, we will require you to send us samples for fitting and sizing references. We will begin the sourcing process to find suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and will send them to you for selection.

03.

CREATION OF SAMPLES

1-2 weeks

The sampling stage is a process of development and approval, turning your designs into a product you can touch & feel. The pre-production samples are a final prototype that includes any changes made to the original samples and shows you how the bulk order will look.

04.

BULK PRODUCTION

3-4 weeks

Once you are happy with the samples, we will commence on bulk production after we received your approved samples and downpayment.

05.

QUALITY CHECKS & CONTROL

We have a large quality control team, who check the stitching, sizing, prints, embroidery, and general garment quality from start to finish.

06.

PACKING & SHIPPING

7-10 Days including delivery time

We’ve come to the final part! In this leg, we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep. This stage is where the final payment for the balance and shipping will be required before we ship your products.

Samples generally take 1-2 weeks and bulk orders generally take 3-4 weeks. This varies on the garment category , garment complexity , and current work load.

We send our samples by DHL, FedEx or UPS express. We work with different freight agents that offert flexiblity for the delivery method of your bulk order. It Can be shipped by air,road,or sea.
